Ballot Question #3: Two Sides of the MA Casino Debate – You Decide

Have you heard the arguments for and against each of the four ballot questions?

On October 6th, the Framingham Democratic Town Committee hosted a forum to educate voters on both sides of each of the questions. First up, question 3 – the casino debate.

You’ve Seen the Lawn Signs, But Do You KNOW the Candidates?

Milford’s town election is just three weeks away! The incumbent Highway Surveyor and Acting Tax Collector both have challengers. Two open seats on the School Committee are being sought by four new contenders, and two incumbents on the Board of Library Trustees are being challenged by a third candidate.

How well do you know the candidates?

Citizens for Milford recognizes the importance of all town positions and would like every voter to have the information needed to make informed choices at the ballot box. With that goal in mind, we will be hosting a CANDIDATES FORUM featuring all the candidates running in a contested race on Tuesday, March 25th, from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. in the Milford Town LibraryThe Forum will be video recorded and available for all to watch on Milford TV AND on this website within 48 hours after the event.

Not only will the Forum provide the opportunity for you to hear directly from the candidates, it will also provide an opportunity for you to ask questions. Plus, Citizens for Milford will be distributing a printed questionnaire to Forum attendees that lists the candidates’ answers to questions posed by Milford citizens. The questionnaires will also be published here on our website.
